  • Technical & Campaign Metadata: Page URL from which the form was submitted, and referral/campaign parameters (UTM Source, Medium, Campaign) where available.

We collect and process your personal information strictly for the following operational purposes:

  • To evaluate, qualify, and respond to your consultation requests and business enquiries.

  • Google Workspace & Apps Script: Serverless form handling, email alert dispatch, and spreadsheet record management (Google Sheets).
  • WhatsApp (Meta): Optional direct messaging channel initiated by you.
  • Web Hosting Infrastructure: Static file hosting and CDN distribution.

Because our service providers operate global cloud infrastructure, your personal information may be processed or stored internationally. Where international processing occurs, it is conducted under standard cloud vendor security and privacy commitments.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include HTTPS transport encryption, access-controlled cloud storage, input sanitization against script/formula injection, and restricted administrative access.

Enquiry records are retained in our Google Sheet enquiry records for up to 24 months from the date of submission, after which they are reviewed for safe deletion or anonymization, unless:

  • Retention is necessary for dispute resolution or legal defense.
